Solution Architect (AI & Digital Innovation)

We are looking for a forward-thinking Solution Architect with strong Artificial Intelligence expertise to join our client's Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role will play a critical part in defining technical strategy, shaping innovative solutions, and driving the adoption of AI-powered capabilities across client engagements and internal initiatives.

As a Solution Architect within the Centre of Excellence, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging business objectives with modern technology solutions. You will lead solution design, establish architectural best practices, and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.

This role requires a combination of technical leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions.

• →Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• →Lead discovery workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define technology strategies.
• →Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and automation solutions across projects.
• →Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations on architecture, tooling, and implementation approaches.
• →Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution documentation.
• →Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Cloud, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• →Define best practices, standards, and governance frameworks within the Centre of Excellence.
• →Conduct solution reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• →Support pre-sales activities, solution estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
• →Mentor developers, engineers, and technical leads to elevate architectural capabilities across the business.
• →Champion innovation and continuously explore new AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• →Architect and design enterprise solutions across SAP platforms and surrounding technology ecosystems.
• →Lead SAP transformation, integration, modernization, and optimization initiatives.
• →Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics within SAP environments.
• →Design integrations between SAP and cloud, data, AI, and third-party platforms.
• →Provide architectural guidance on SAP best practices, governance, scalability, and security.

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong SAP architecture experience, including one or more SAP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BW, or SAP integration technologies.
• Demonstrable experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience integrating SAP platforms with cloud services, data platforms, and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
• Preferred Experience
• SAP Certified Solution Architect or relevant SAP certifications.
• Experience leveraging AI capabilities within SAP environments, including SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or machine learning use cases.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience within a consulting, systems integration, or digital transformation environment.

The ideal candidate combines enterprise SAP expertise, modern cloud architecture, and practical AI implementation experience. They are equally comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders, defining strategic technology roadmaps, and guiding engineering teams through complex solution delivery.
