We are a locally owned, performance-driven express car wash company with six locations in Springfield, Missouri. Our focus is simple: consistency, accountability, and results.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to “manage tasks.”

We’re looking for someone who wants to lead teams, drive numbers, and build something bigger.

What You’ll Own

Full responsibility for daily site operations
Coaching, developing, and leading high-performance teams
Driving Wash Club sales and customer retention
Labor scheduling, throughput, and operational execution
Delivering best-in-class customer experience
Running your site like a business—with real ownership

2+ years of car wash specific management experience (operations and direct sales preferred)
