Carpenter – Metal Framing & Interior Finishing

We partner with top developers and general contractors who count on us for quality work, schedule reliability, and a crew that takes pride in what it builds. As we grow our finish carpentry and framing capabilities, we're looking for skilled carpenters to grow with us.

• →Lay out and install light-gauge metal framing — the core of the role — including metal stud partitions, walls, soffits, bulkheads, ceilings, and architecturally complex layouts
• →Frame structural and non-structural assemblies to spec, maintaining dimensional accuracy and plumb/level tolerances
• →Hang drywall and assist with close-in to keep interior scopes on schedule
• →Perform finish carpentry as needed: install doors, frames, trim, and hardware
• →Read and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and field measurements
• →Coordinate with field supervisors and other trades (MEP, ceilings, drywall) to maintain sequencing and quality
• →Operate metal-cutting tools, screw guns, and layout equipment safely and efficiently
• →Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards

• 2+ years of metal stud framing experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong working knowledge of light-gauge metal framing methods, layout, and assemblies
• Proficiency with metal-cutting tools, screw guns, and standard hand and power tools of the trade
• Ability to read construction drawings and take accurate measurements
• Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding/lifts
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites across the region
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
• Drywall and finish carpentry experience a plus
• OSHA 10/30 a plus (we can support certification)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
