Armed Security Guard – Baltimore, MD (Weekend Evenings)

• →Conduct hourly patrols throughout the property
• →Monitor building activity and report suspicious behavior
• →Maintain a visible security presence
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies professionally
• →Complete detailed incident and activity reports
• →Enforce property rules and security protocols
• →Communicate effectively with residents, management, and law enforcement when necessary

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license required
• Active Maryland Armed Security Guard License required
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Ability to handle high-stress and tense situations calmly and professionally
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Previous armed security experience is preferred
