Security Officer (Bilingual) — Retail Shopping Center Patrol

As a Bilingual Security Officer, you will serve as a visible and professional presence throughout a busy retail shopping center. You will help maintain a safe environment for shoppers, tenants, employees, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with security, customer service, military, law enforcement, hospitality, or public-facing experience.

• →Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property
• →Provide a professional and visible security presence
• →Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations
• →Assist shoppers, visitors, and tenants with directions and general inquiries
• →Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and emergencies
• →Complete detailed activity and incident reports
• →Monitor parking areas, storefronts, and common areas
• →Enforce property rules and security procedures
• →Work cooperatively with management, tenants, and local law enforcement
• →De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues professionally
• →Help ensure a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Active Maryland Security Guard License
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Previous security experience
• Retail or shopping center experience
• Military or law enforcement background
• Customer service experience
• Experience writing reports and handling incidents
