Intern - Corporate Development team (6 - 9 months)



In this role, you will report to the Corporate Development Manager in Tbilisi and work with Corporate Development team members to support with business development and investor relations matters such as, fund marketing presentations for key stakeholder meetings, investor due diligence requests, corporate projects, and other ad-hoc tasks.

 

Key tasks

  • Investor due diligence and knowledge management: support the team with answering investor due diligence requests requiring a thorough understanding of BlueOrchard’s company and fund offerings; maintain, categorise and store past due diligence requests, responses and supporting materials in a structured internal repository; use approved AI tools to support the drafting, retrieval and review of due diligence responses.
  • Fund marketing presentations: support with the update and maintenance of existing marketing materials and prepare client-ready presentations for key stakeholder meetings, including coordination across BlueOrchard teams.
  • AI and process improvement: identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring workflows, including answering due diligence requests, response mapping, marketing materials updates and database updates, using AI.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: conduct research and perform analyses supporting new fund developments, competitor analyses, etc.
  • Reporting and data management: prepare and send out internally monthly investor reporting, update external fund databases.

 

Required skills

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree and currently pursuing a Master’s degree from an internationally recognized university or business school;
  • Good financial know-how of different asset classes and characteristics;
  • Advanced project management, research, and analytical skills, strong MS Office (PPT & XLS) skills;
  • Ideally, previous work experience in consulting, asset management or banking;
  • Proficiency in English; German or any other languages being a plus.
