Data Center Infrastructure Installer (06 Licensed)

We are seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Installer (06 Licensed) to support Research & Development data center environments in Redmond and Totem Lake. This is a true hands-on infrastructure installation role focused on rack and cabinet builds, fiber and copper cabling, and physical deployment of data center infrastructure within pre-production lab environments.

This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in low-voltage installation, structured cabling, telecommunications, or field service environments.

You will work in advanced server environments where new technologies are built, tested, and validated before broader deployment. The ideal candidate brings strong field experience, maintains high safety standards, communicates clearly, and takes pride in well-executed, physically demanding infrastructure work.

• →Valid Washington State Electrical Limited Energy 06 License (Required)
• →High school diploma or equivalent (trade coursework preferred)
• →5–7 years of hands-on field experience in infrastructure, telecommunications, or installation environments
• →Minimum 3 years installing and maintaining network or telecommunications equipment
• →Hands-on experience with rack-and-stack, cabling, or physical infrastructure installation
• →Experience installing and troubleshooting fiber optic systems
• →Experience in structured cabling, low-voltage installation, or field installation environments strongly preferred
• →Strong organizational and documentation skills
• →Clear communication skills and ability to provide timely updates
• →Familiarity with OSHA and safety standards
• →Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• →Ability to work 100% onsite in Redmond and Totem Lake

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 annually. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
