Production Operative - Fixed term contract

We are looking for a practical, hands-on, and motivated Large Format Print Finisher to join our busy production team.

In this role, you will help take printed fabrics and materials and transform them into incredible finished products like outdoor flags, Heras fencing banners, café barriers, and exhibition displays. You will be working right alongside our brand-new, state-of-the-art Vutek FabriVU 340i printer and advanced finishing kit.

• →Precision Finishing: Using digital cutters, laminators, eyelet machines, and manual tools to trim, weld, and assemble high-quality large-format graphics.
• →Quality Inspection: Keeping a keen eye out for defects (like bubbles, scratches, or alignment issues) to make sure every product looks flawless before it goes to the customer.
• →Workflow Management: Keeping up with the pace of a fast-moving print queue to ensure orders are packed and shipped on time.
• →Equipment Care: Taking pride in your workstation by keeping machines clean and performing basic daily maintenance.
• →Safety & 5S: Maintaining a spotless, organized workspace and strictly following safety procedures to look out for yourself and your teammates.
