Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Campaign Strategy & Execution:Collaborate with the Direct Mail Lead to define the DM calendar, prioritize projects, and ensure seamless campaign coordination.
- Implement robust attribution measurement methodologies (MTA, Matchback) to accurately assess campaign impact.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to understand the long-term impact of DM spend on the business, including influence on account originations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and achieve business objectives.
- Project Management & Reporting:
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from inception to deployment and analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust data collection and analysis processes to support reporting and decision-making.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics/Marketing Analytics/Sales Analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- SQL (Advanced) — 4+ years of hands-on experience
- Tableau — 4+ years of hands-on experience
- Python (preferred)
