Team Lead- VW

We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing Team Lead to support an exciting Volkswagen activation at Canada Soccer House in Vancouver! Be part of the action as we celebrate and cheer on the Canadian Men’s National Team during the World Cup.

📍 Location: The Shipyards, Vancouver
📅 Dates: June 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 26, July 1
➕ Tentative Dates: June 28, 29, July 2, 4, 6
⏰ Shift Length: 6–8 hours (times TBD)

💻 Training:

• 1-hour virtual training (week prior to activation)
• Potential onsite training on June 10 (must be available)

• Engage with consumers and invite them into the activation space
• Guide participants through the photo experience and contest process 📸
• Distribute branded swag and promotional materials
• Create a fun, energetic atmosphere for fans
• Represent Volkswagen with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Promote VW’s partnership with Canada Soccer

We’re looking for a SUPER energetic leader who can drive the team and activation success.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and ability to direct staff confidently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment
• MUST be available for ALL dates (including tentative dates)

• Energetic, friendly, and confident personality
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
• Previous brand ambassador or event experience is an asset
