Role Purpose 职位目标 This position will lead patient education (PE) and patient support program (PSP) work in medical team to drive delivery of relevant projects by providing process guidance and project management support across therapeutic areas to demonstrate BMS patient focus value. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities主要工作职责 As project manager, to work with Medical TAs, Commercial BUs, external collaborators, and relevant internal functions to implement and /or oversee strategic collaboration with patient organizations from patient affairs perspective, or design and implement PE / PSP projects to improve disease management and patient support, with robust risk management and control mechanism embedded. \- Implement collaboration projects/interactions with patient organization o In collaboration with Medical, Commercial and Development teams to explore and develop collaboration with patient organizations in China, with risk management o Lead or provide central oversight on collaborations with patient organizations by Medical TA or Commercial BUs \- Provide project management support to TA PSP/PE program o Understand TA needs and provide suggestion to cooperation model, partner selection, etc o Set up matrix team and facilitate project planning, approval and execution o Provide support in internal governance approval o Track project progress and report back \- Ensure program to be executed in line with timeline and meet objectives and KPIs o drive internal approval process: legal/compliance/digital/medical/procurement/PV/BCF/Finance o undertake external collaborator and communication: HCO contract and plan alignment, consultation, etc. o track the whole execution process for continuous improvement and annual renewal and budgeting Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies) 申请资格 / 职位要求 (教育背景 / 工作经验 / 知识与技能) · Bachelor degree or above · Clinic or pharmacy education background or other related majors · At least 5 year experience in marketing or medical in pharmaceuticals industry · BMS products disease area experience preferred · Chronic disease patient management project experience and expertise · Good project management skills · Good communication and stakeholder management skills · Basic knowledge about digital healthcare and multi-channel mindset · Good in English and computer skills · Strong Ownership, Proactive and Teamwork spirit If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
