NOTE: we are hiring a total of 4 headcounts for this team. Key Responsibilities * Provide front line support for Materials Management and Supply Chain operations. * Lead and author SC deviation, investigations, CAPAs, procedural document, training content and change control. * Work with SMEs to conduct root cause analyses. * Executes timely and compliant closure of investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls. * Perform document revision, project, CAPA and deviation/ investigation, change management actions, related tasks and/ or continuous improvement efforts. * Train and mentor others on deviation, investigation, CAPA and change control process/ procedures. * May support health agency inspection as compliance (deviation, change control etc.) subject matter expert. * Communicate effectively with management and cross functional teams (e.g., present investigation findings at governance forums) * Provides guidance to less experienced staff with atypical events during day-to-day * Perform activities to support operations such as 5S, housekeeping, alarm acknowledgement, etc. * Perform other tasks as required to support operations * Perform shift work Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related discipline or relevant technical area with ≥ 4 years relevant experience; OR associate degree in a technical, scientific discipline with ≥ 6 years relevant experience * Six Sigma Belt preferred OR demonstrated experience with Operational Excellence/Lean methodologies is required * Working knowledge technical writing skills. * Working knowledge experience in root cause analysis techniques preferred. * Working knowledge of quality management systems. * Working knowledge and implementation of data integrity principles preferred * Demonstrated experience with SAP Quality Management #LI-Onsite Disclaimer: For any third parties or external agencies, please, be informed we do not accept unsolicited requests, proposals, applications or profiles for any of our roles at BMS.
