Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us. # # Position Summary Manage all Artwork related activities between market partners, External Manufacturing (ExM) and Contract Manufacturing supply sites (CMO) within their scope. # Duties/Responsibilities * Project Manage Global Labelling Initiatives / Projects / Site Transfers. * Support for all artwork/packaging activities. * Represent ExM on global artwork and packaging project teams. * Monitor artwork process and report to SRM in line with Virtual Plant Model activities. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement and oversee internal procedures and implement improvements to the artwork Change Management processes. * To communicate upcoming artwork changes in a timely manner to the CMO in order to minimise printed component write off costs. * To aid resolution of any artwork related issues & queries as required. * To review and approve the Bill of Specifications, if applicable. * Escalate any artwork related delays or issues to the Virtual Plant Team as required. * Create and maintain strong working relationships within the BMS organisation and externally with trade customers and suppliers. * Liaise and coordinate with local regulatory regarding Artwork completion and artwork change requests. * Coordinate with all stakeholders to achieve Final Distribution Date. * Coordinate and support contract manufacturers in relation to the implementation of artwork changes. * Management of artwork change requests and maintenance of the artwork database. * Primary point of contact for all artwork related queries under the responsibility of ExM. * Travel (up to 25%) may be required. # Qualifications * Primary degree in related field or equivalent. * 3–5 years+ experience in artwork development and management processes within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industry or other highly regulated industry. * Detailed understanding of and experience of working to the regulatory requirements relating to the artwork for primary and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products. * Understanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment. * Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry. #LI-Hybrid If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
