Admission Operations Specialist

• →Processing and reviewing admissions applications to ensure university guidelines are followed
• →Conducting final checks on application files before admission decisions are finalized
• →Evaluating and organizing high school transcripts and helping maintain accurate student records
• →Assisting with the consolidation of duplicate records and maintaining clean, organized files
• →Sending admittance letters and enrollment packets to admitted students
• →Preparing viewbooks and other materials for mailing to prospective students
• →Troubleshooting operational issues and helping resolve questions related to application processing
• →Performing data entry and providing administrative support to the admissions team as needed
• →Additional responsibilities as needed
