Responsibilities

→Pattern daily fellowship with God through His Word and personal prayer
→Pattern weekly involvement in a local church and outreach (through local church ministry or other ministry)
→Evidence a desire to be discipled
→Personally submits to the expectations of Bob Jones University
→Look out for the well-being (spiritually and otherwise) of the students on his hall
→Evidence a heart for disciple-making
→Commit to meet with group leaders and your assistant group leader every week
→Personally own and convey the mission and discipleship philosophy of BJU
→Exhort and confront
→Encourage biblical meditation, prayer and involvement in the local church
→Provide a presence by sitting at the RA desk to minister to students, welcome guests, and ensure security of the residence hall
→Provide accountability through daily duties (late-night sign-in, goodnights, etc.)
→Provide graciously firm accountability on and off campus by enforcing with demerit university policy
