Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 6:30am to 4pm (with rotating evening coverage until 5pm) and Saturday 6am to 4pm

Rate of Pay: Based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you field phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments, and when they drop their vehicle off at the dealership you greet them with a smile and ensure we have an accurate description of their concerns. You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs. You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly. One day each week (on Saturdays specifically), you serve as Manager-on-Duty and assist with any client or team member concerns that may arise.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
