BODYROK is coming to Boston, and we're looking for our initial cohort of founding instructors!

BODYROK is Pilates — but not as you know it. Built around a proprietary hybrid method on custom-designed reformers, our 45-minute classes fuse Pilates fundamentals with strength training and cardio to deliver an unrivaled full-body burn. The experience is intentional from the ground up — state-of-the-art lighting, a pumping soundtrack, and exceptional instructors to lead the way. We've earned a loyal following from California to NYC, and we're bringing that energy to Boston. If you're the kind of instructor who feeds off a crowd, loves to push people past what they thought possible, and wants a brand behind them that's built to grow — BODYROK is your next move.

Compensation:

$30 to $75 per session based on experience and class size — your earning potential grows as you build your following!
Guaranteed base pay per class, regardless of attendance.
Referral bonuses (for bringing in new instructors).
Clear path to Lead Instructor with a pay bump.
Ongoing mentorship and opportunities to level up your performance.

We'd ask that you have:

Energy and passion for fitness and music!
Preferred (but not required!) experience in instructing at least one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HIIT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
Ability to motivate and challenge group classes, with a good display of leadership and public speaking skills.
Great cueing and ability to communicate.
Excellent ability to multitask.
An understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.

1-5 days from now: Initial phone call.
1-2 weeks from now: In-person interview.
Early July: In-person training (later, if you are joining after our founding cohort).
