We’re seeking a Sales Associate who shares our love of fashion and commitment to exceptional customer service. You’ll be a collaborative team player who contributes to a welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient shopping experience while upholding store presentation standards.

• →Greet and engage customers on the sales floor
• →Assist with product questions and styling suggestions
• →Achieve daily sales goals (SPH, ADS, UPT) set by store management
• →Maintain merchandise presentation through folding, sizing, and restocking
• →Support store cleanliness and organization
• →Participate in ongoing training through Bohme resources and hands-on guidance
• →Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management
• →Assist with merchandise processing and inventory tasks
• →Follow all safety procedures and loss prevention protocols
• →Operate the cash register and complete transactions accurately
• → Perform additional duties as assigned by store management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with POS systems and retail technology
• Previous retail experience preferred
• A commitment to delivering a positive, personalized shopping experience
