Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing family.

  • Compensation is commission based with expected annual earnings range of $55,000-100,000 with no upper limit

At Bone Dry Roofing, this role combines technical expertise in roofing with relationship-driven customer service. As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with clients, perform inspections, and provide tailored commercial roofing solutions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of commercial roofing systems

  • Develop and present customized roofing solutions to clients

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent customer service

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful roofing project execution

  • Travel locally to job sites using a company-provided vehicle

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with clients throughout the sales process

  • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience

  • 1–2 years of sales experience

  • Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

  • Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service

  • This position primarily involves working in the field at work sites

  • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. 

  • Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
