Advocate effectively for clients in contested matters, ensuring strong preparation and attention to detail in every phase of litigation.

Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to promote smooth case flow and high-quality service.

Monitor legislative and regulatory developments that may affect active and future cases.

Foster trust with clients through responsiveness, compassion, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Texas.

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated workers’ compensation experience (required).

Strong litigation, negotiation, and written/oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while staying organized and client-focused.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
