As an Operations Portfolio Manager (f/m/x) in Central Operations, your job is to bring structure and transparency to cross-functional requests and Business Operations initiatives. In a fast-moving environment you consolidate incoming topics, avoid duplication, make priorities and dependencies visible, and maintain the single source of truth (decisions, product specifications, documentation). You also moderate Business Operations meetings to keep portfolio visibility across internal projects, so teams can execute consistently and Product receives coherent, bundled input.

• Act as the single operational entry point for Operations/Sales feature requests/projects.

• Triage new topics and route them to the right owners (e.g., QA, Process Team, Operations teams, Product, etc.).

• Maintain a clear prioritization and dependency view across the operational portfolio.

• Write and submit structured requests to Product based on consolidated operational needs.

• Ensure requests are bundled and consistent, avoiding inputs from multiple directions.

• Track outcomes and feedback loops.

• Maintain the central documentation layer: decisions, standards, product specifications.

• Ensure documentation is structured, easy to find and stays up-to-date.

• Keep the portfolio data quality high: consistent statuses, ownership, milestones, and clear next steps.

• Moderate Business Operations meetings to keep portfolio visibility across internal projects.

• Prepare decision-ready summaries for leadership touchpoints when prioritization or trade-offs are needed.

• Strong ability to turn ambiguous requests into clear work items, summaries, and structured requests.

• Solid documentation skills and comfort maintaining a single source of truth.

• Strong tool proficiency (Jira, Confluence, Slack) and a high bar for data quality and consistency.

• General understanding of project management characteristics, processes and methods.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both professional and proactive).

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

• Collaborative mindset with an active contribution to team culture and knowledge sharing.

• Strong self-motivation.
