We rely on advanced technology to deliver orders to our customers in a fast way. Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.

Commercial performance: own the picture end-to-end (KPIs, targets, narrative); diagnose what moves volume, revenue, retention and behaviour; act as SPOC for Commercial's data needs, scoping and de-prioritizing low-value asks.
CVM & growth: lifecycle strategy (activation, retention, reactivation, wallet share); drive the CVM/Growth engine and churn-model integration; close the volume/revenue gap proactively and iteratively, with continuous leadership visibility into impact.
Impact & opportunity sizing: size every initiative up front; base go/no-go and prioritisation on quantified impact; run timely post-launch assessments with recommendations on what to scale, fix or stop.
Insight & decision support: novel, unique, actionable; communicate top-down (headline and action first); deliver at the pace decisions are made.
Stakeholder & team leadership: partner the VP as a credible peer; develop the team; drive data self-sufficiency (management mandate); keep work on a shared board; run a weekly 1:1 + monthly planning cadence.

4+ years of experience in Commercial Performance, Customer Value Management (CVM), Growth, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, customer segmentation, RFM modeling, and A/B testing.

Experience in performance tracking, forecasting, target setting, and translating data into actionable business recommendations.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence business decisions.

Strong leadership, initiative-taking, and teamwork skills.

Good command of English.

Experience in the logistics, e-commerce, retail, telecom, or quick commerce industries is a strong plus.
