  • Review the maintenance activities for the offices and site mobile offices (HVAC, plumbing and lightning). Conduct Weekly/ Monthly HSE inspections.
  • Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies of the administration team.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing utilization reports.
  • Plan and manage the main services of the facilities such as reception and security.
  • Follow up on the buffet and cleanliness budget and ensure that it is in control.
  • Organize the company bills such as Internet, Electricity, Water.
  • responsible for petty cash settlement.
  • Organize company events and set the place for any meetings or visits.
  • Responsible for the construction works within our facilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical mind, with great negotiation skills
  • Problem solving oriented person
  • 1 -3 years of experience
