We rely on advanced technology to deliver orders to our customers in a fast way. Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.

Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation.

Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation.

Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs.

Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading.

Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling.

Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures.

Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations.

Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.

Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area.

1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferable.

Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma

Familiarity with our industry is a plus

Experience using the help desk and support tools

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Patience when handling tough cases

Multi-tasking abilities
