The Area Sales Strategy Business Analyst will drive analytics, strategy and planning for the Rhythm Solutions (EP, LAAC and CRMDx) sales teams at Boston Scientific. This role partners with sales leadership, marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to support business planning, territory design, strategy execution and commercial growth initiatives that enable the organization to scale for future success.
The successful candidate will bring strong business acumen, a customer-focused mindset, exceptional relationship-building skills and advanced analytical capabilities to generate meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Provide analytics and actionable insights to Rhythm Solutions management and sales teams to support field strategies and profitable sales growth.
● Support the development of scalable processes, tools, resources and organizational structures that enable execution of strategic priorities.
● Leverage and enhance reports and dashboards in Tableau, Anaplan and Excel to help commercial leadership manage the business, monitor key initiatives and communicate complex data to nontechnical audiences.
● Assist in the preparation of presentations and business reviews for sales leadership, executives and internal and external stakeholders.
● Deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on business trends, territory performance, rankings, sales process metrics, pipeline performance and key corporate initiatives.
● Independently prioritize and manage incoming requests related to strategic initiatives, reporting and analytical projects.
● Build collaborative relationships across Boston Scientific, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing and Contracting, Sales Training and other internal teams.
● Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on business strategies, facilitate collaboration and support successful execution of organizational objectives.

● Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or a related discipline.
● Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in sales operations, finance, marketing or sales.
● Proficiency with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Anaplan, Salesforce, AI tools, PowerPoint and Word.
● Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex business operations challenges.
● Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
● Ability to influence and engage field sales teams and cross-functional partners without direct reporting authority.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and leadership.
● Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate large data sets, draw conclusions and support business decisions.
● Ability to interpret ambiguous requests and partner with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management capabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
● Experience supporting sales operations and/or marketing functions.
● Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales strategy, analytics, finance, sales support or related analytical roles.
● Minimum of 1 year of project or program management experience.
● Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all levels of a sales organization.
● Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
● Proven ability to balance short-term business needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
● Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
