About the role:
Supervises day to day warehouse activities to ensure smooth distribution of products and efficient utilizations of warehouse space and resources maintaining high standards. Maintains stock information, monitor daily material movement vs. inventory levels. Great focus on quality, procedures and processes compliance.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Coordinates and supervises daily warehouse activities relating to ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, issue and shipment of products.
* Plans and assigns duties to warehouse staff and supervises their work. Trains warehouse staff when deemed necessary.
* Ensures prompt and cost effective delivery of products. Checks packages prior to dispatch to ensure completeness of order.
* Maintains stock information and monitors daily product movement and actual distribution schedules versus inventory level.
* Manages expired and recalled products and samples in accordance with standard quality operating procedures.
* Orders packaging materials and warehouse store supplies as required.
* Ensures accurate picking, cross checking and packing by warehouse staff.
* Liaises with transport vendor on a day operations issues.
* Ensures warehouse documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
* Recommends improvements to warehouse practices and documentation.
* Ensures warehouse staff follows, and adhere to documented processes, procedures and internal Quality Management System.
* Responsible for the housekeeping of the warehouse. Ensures that high housekeeping standards are maintained.
* Maintains database integrity. Provides monthly statistics and reports on warehouse transactions and activities to management.
* Ensures all the activities comply with ethical standards and the internal Quality Management System.
* Share responsibility with planning and purchasing for the monitoring of the transit of goods with 3rd Party logistics services and sterilization services to ensure supply chain performance.
What we're looking for:
* * Bachelor or Licenciature degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or field related.
* Experience: At least 2 years
* English Level desired: 70%
* Technical Competencies: SAP, Excel, Power BI
