Hi there, if you love picking up the phone, writing sharp outbound emails, and going after DAX-30 logos, and you want to be the best BDR in the market rather than chase the next title, keep on reading :)

You will be the tip of the spear for our enterprise pipeline. You run disciplined ABM motions into the largest enterprises in DACH, open conversations with L&D leaders, Chief AI Officers, and HR execs, and turn them into qualified opportunities. You work hand in hand with Chisco Mosteiro (Enterprise Marketing Manager) on campaign execution, with Josiah Monardo (Enterprise Sales) on qualification and handover, and with Nico (Founder & CEO) on positioning and executive outreach.

AI is the most interesting business topic of our times, and you will sit in the middle of that conversation with the biggest enterprises in DACH, every day.

  • Run multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone into a defined target account list
  • Execute account-based plays in tight coordination with marketing, so ads, content, and outbound hit the same accounts at the same time
  • Personalize outreach based on real research, not templates everyone else is already running
  • Pick up the phone. The phone is still the fastest way to a qualified meeting in this segment
  • Run discovery conversations using Winning by Design's SPICED framework and hand over clean, well-briefed opportunities to the AE team
  • Travel occasionally to industry events and customer sites across DACH for pre-event outreach, on-site conversations, and follow-up
  • Keep HubSpot tight: clean data, accurate stages, useful notes
  • Feed insights from your conversations back to marketing and product
  • 1–3 years of BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or enterprise services, ideally selling into DACH
  • Genuinely comfortable on the phone and willing to dial as a core part of the job
  • Strong written German and English, with a credible business conversation in both
  • Comfortable in HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the rest of a modern outbound stack
  • Hungry, structured, and able to run your own pipeline without daily hand-holding

Nice-to-have:

  • Working knowledge of Winning by Design, especially the Bowtie model, SPICED, and the ADR/ABM pod structure
  • Experience selling into L&D, HR, Digital Transformation, or AI/Data functions
  • Real interest in AI beyond the buzzwords, because your prospects will notice within thirty seconds
