Position Title: Software Engineer 

 
Location: Bangalore 

Key Skills: Java, Spring/Spring Boot, REST Microservices, Containerization, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and enhance solutions with hands-on coding expertise. 

• Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. 

• Write clean, efficient code following industry standards. 

• Conduct and participate in code reviews, both formal and informal. 

• Create and execute unit test plans, scripts, and data with precision. 

• Document code changes and unit test results as per best practices. 

• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance promptly. 

• Participate in agile development processes and team meetings. 

• Explore and implement Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new technologies/frameworks. 

• Mentor and onboard junior developers. 

Required Skills: 

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in backend development. 

• Technical Proficiency: 

• Strong skills in Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Maven. 

• Solid expertise in SQL, including queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers. 

• Proven experience in developing REST and SOAP services. 

• Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD). 

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized platforms. 

• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell). 

• Soft Skills: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong interpersonal abilities to manage complex situations effectively. 

• Problem-solving aptitude with a passion for learning and innovation.
