Responsibilities

→Design end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) solutions aligned with business objectives.
→Define scalable architecture for customer data collection, storage, processing, and activation.
→Develop technical solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
→Design and implement unified customer profiles using Real-Time CDP.
→Configure identity resolution, profile stitching, and audience segmentation.
→Ensure accurate customer data consolidation from multiple online and offline sources.
→Architect batch and streaming data ingestion into AEP.
→Design integrations with CRM, ERP, CMS, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
→Develop and review API-based integrations and event-driven data pipelines.
→Design and maintain XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas.
→Establish data governance, data quality, metadata management, and consent management processes.
→Ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
→Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign.
→Enable omnichannel customer experiences and personalized marketing campaigns.
→Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
→Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
→Mentor developers and support best practices for Adobe implementations.
→Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability.
→Monitor data ingestion, profile processing, and audience activation.
→Troubleshoot architecture and integration issues.
→Implement secure data access, encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
→Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance.
→Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, marketing teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
→Present architecture recommendations and implementation strategies to leadership.

8–15+ years of IT experience, including 3–5+ years working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, or enterprise Customer Data Platforms in an architecture or lead role.

Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols

Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets

Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
