We are seeking for a BI Analyst with strong experience in Looker and/or Tableau to build dashboards, analyze data, and support business reporting needs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

→Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
→Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
→Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
→Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information.

→Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker and/or Tableau
→Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
→Work with stakeholders to understand KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs
→Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities
→Collaborate with data engineering and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
→Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization
→Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests
→Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, testing, and deployment activities
→Document reporting logic, workflows, and dashboard definitions

Requirements

6 years of BI Analyst experience
Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Understanding of project workflows and delivery processes
Experience working in cross-functional and collaborative environments

Experience with GitHub/version control
Exposure to cloud platforms like BigQuery
Experience with Python and Automation.
