Responsibilities

→Develop high-quality, scalable, and responsive software using modern technologies
→Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using industry best practices
→Work effectively with Designers, Product Managers and cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality software and seamless user experience
→Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and improve team efficiency
→Troubleshoot and debug software defects to ensure smooth functionality
→Collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
→Participate in our on-call rotation, available at all times while on-call to help respond to and triage any issues that arise

4+ years of professional software development experience applying industry standards in software design, testing, and code review practices
Fluency in at least one OOP language (Java and/or PHP)
Hands-on experience building highly scalable distributed systems
Enthusiasm for applied AI, including willingness to experiment with AI agents, tools, prompt engineering, and model integrations in product development
Strong understanding of scalability and observability practices
Ownership mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work, both technically and in team interactions
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design
Demonstrable experience guiding and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Proficient knowledge of software design principles
Solid experience with automated testing principles and frameworks
Professional proficiency in English
