The Identity & Security Foundation (ISF) team owns the core authentication, identity, and secure access infrastructure that protects millions of users and enterprises on Box.
We build and operate the services behind Login, Authorization, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth, Device Trust, and Secure Access Controls. These systems are critical to every Box customer and every Box application across Web, Mobile, Desktop, and APIs.
As part of ISF, you will work on highly available, security-sensitive services that sit directly on Box's most critical user journeys. Your work will have company-wide impact and will be used by numerous teams across Box.
Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and operate mission-critical services that power authentication, identity, and secure access across Box.

Improve the reliability, observability, and deployment safety of critical authentication infrastructure.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, security engineers, and partner teams to deliver secure platform capabilities.

Participate in technical design and implementation of authentication and identity solutions.

Participate in our on-call rotation and help investigate, triage, and resolve production issues.
