Responsibilities

- →Ability to work collaboratively with the Director of Quality and other organizational leaders, balancing clear site-level ownership with shared responsibility for quality and continuous improvement.
- →Proficiency in Google Suite and other technology tools.
- →Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- →Willingness to perform additional duties and tasks assigned by leadership/supervisors.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or 5+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, facility management, and/or youth programming.
- Experience as a business manager or coordinator of a youth program or childcare facility, with demonstrated ability to supervise staff, manage budgets, and collaborate effectively with an administrative and leadership team.
- The usual and customary methods of performing the job require physical demands including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and/or pulling, climbing steps, balancing, stooping, standing, sitting, kneeling, crawling, crouching, and significant fine-finger dexterity. Ability to tolerate environmental conditions including air conditioning, heat, dust, fumes, noise, and close quarters.
