About the Role
~1 min readAs we scale our Provider Relations team, we're looking for driven Medical Marketing Coordinators to serve as the front line of our outreach efforts. In this role, you'll identify and qualify new medical provider prospects, initiate first contact, and set the stage for our Provider Relations Marketers to build lasting partnerships.
You'll be responsible for generating a strong pipeline of healthcare providers—physicians, medical facilities, and specialists—who align with our mission of delivering exceptional client care.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prospect and research medical providers within designated geographical and practice areas to identify potential partnership opportunities.
- →Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Brandon J. Broderick and generate interest in partnership discussions.
- →Schedule meetings and handoffs for Provider Relations Representatives to conduct deeper relationship-building conversations.
- →Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity, lead status, and provider information in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- →Collaborate with Provider Relations Marketers to refine targeting strategies and share market insights.
- →Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting-set goals.
- →Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, medical terminology, and competitive landscape to strengthen outreach conversations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, marketing coordination, or a similar outbound role.
- Familiarity with healthcare, legal services, or insurance industries is a plus; experience with PIP/No-Fault is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage medical professionals.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; persistent and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
