• →Oversee a caseload of personal injury cases from initiation through resolution, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• →Effectively communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies to negotiate settlements and facilitate the litigation process.
• →Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• →Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to devise case strategies for optimal outcomes.
• →Stay updated on changes in personal injury laws and legal trends to provide knowledgeable counsel to clients.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in New York State, in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling plaintiffs' personal injury matters, with a focus on New York law.
• Proficient litigation skills, including experience with drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, and courtroom appearances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
