Personal Injury Paralegal

• →Manage a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload during the litigation phase.
• →Draft litigation documents including pleadings, Bills of Particulars, discovery responses, authorizations, stipulations, motions, and other case-related filings.
• →Prepare, file, and serve legal documents through NYSCEF while ensuring compliance with New York court rules and filing deadlines.
• →Coordinate depositions, court conferences, independent medical examinations (IMEs), mediations, arbitrations, and other litigation-related proceedings.
• →Review, organize, and maintain medical records, medical billing, employment records, insurance documentation, and other case materials.
• →Prepare medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document indexes, and attorney case materials.
• →Monitor litigation deadlines, maintain accurate case calendars, and proactively follow up on outstanding discovery and case requirements.
• →Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, courts, medical providers, expert witnesses, and court reporting services regarding case progression.
• →Organize electronic case files and ensure all litigation documents are accurately maintained within the firm's case management system.
• →Assist attorneys with case preparation for depositions, settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
• →Perform additional litigation support responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal software such as Litify, eCourts, and legal databases.
