Parts Person

Brandt has an opportunity for a Parts Person to join our Hastings team. If you are looking to work with a globally recognised brand, require a challenge, love variety and like working as part of a team then we want to hear from you.

• Delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-store interactions
• Providing expert guidance on a wide range of outdoor power equipment, accessories, and parts
• Assisting customers with purchases, product selection, and after-sales support including troubleshooting and returns
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
• Resolving customer issues efficiently while upholding brand reputation and service standards
• Supporting merchandising, stock presentation, and showroom excellence
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience

• Proven experience in customer service or retail, ideally within outdoor power equipment, landscaping, agriculture, or arboriculture
• A genuine interest in premium equipment and a willingness to develop in-depth product knowledge across John Deere and STIHL ranges
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide clear, practical advice
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
• Confidence using technology, including CRM and point-of-sale systems
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with outdoor equipment is highly regarded
