Parts Person

Our Bordertown Branch is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and learning about industry-leading equipment while building a long-term career with a global organisation.

As a Parts Person, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and service team by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts to keep equipment operating at its best.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers and technicians with parts enquiries
• Identifying and supplying parts for John Deere and related equipment
• Processing parts sales, customer orders, and invoices
• Receiving, checking, storing, and maintaining inventory
• Picking and dispatching parts for customers and other branches
• Maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records
• Supporting stock control and inventory management activities
• Contributing to a safe, organised, and efficient Parts Department

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
