About the Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role will support our 16 Australian branches through end-to-end recruitment and hiring support across a wide range of positions as well as our corporate head office. This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and helping managers find great people. You will play a key role in delivering a positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring leaders, while supporting the ongoing growth of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across our Australian branch network
  • Assisting with position descriptions, screening processes, background checks, and approvals
  • Coordinating employment offers, contracts, onboarding, and candidate communication
  • Supporting managers with interpretation of Awards, employment conditions, and recruitment-related HR processes
  • Proactively sourcing and approaching candidates for hard-to-fill roles
  • Supporting recruitment reporting and HR administration
  • Supporting the ongoing development and education of managers on HR policies and procedures

As you develop in the role, you’ll also gain exposure to

  • Headhunting and proactive candidate sourcing
  • HR systems and recruitment reporting
  • Recruitment strategy for trades, sales, administration, and leadership roles

You may already have experience in recruitment, HR, administration, customer service, or a people-focused role, or you may simply be someone looking to build a long-term career in the HR and Recruitment space. We’re open to training the right person, provided they bring the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to work confidently with managers across all levels of the business

A strong customer service mindset and candidate-first approach

Sound organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a changing environment

A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work

Previous recruitment or HR experience is advantageous, but not essential.
