· Adherence to all OLCC and in house policies with regards to alcohol service to guests.

· Take food and beverage orders from and serve to guests and members.

· Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.

· Provide guidance to guests on resort activities, dining options and general resort and regional information.

· Provide outstanding customer service.

· Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures.

· Collect payment and balance all receipts.

· Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safe working area.

· Work independently in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

· Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.

· Responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the facilities and the surrounding grounds.

· Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Servers are responsible for positive member and guest interactions while serving beverages and food to members and their guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, Servers are expected to be attentive to our members and their guests' needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Our Servers are energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated and passionate about hospitality, food and beverage. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Servers are expected to have some basic cooking knowledge.

· Previous serving or barista experience preferred.

· Excellent oral communication skills required.

· Positive interpersonal skills required.

· Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs

· Occasionally lifts/carries up to 100 lbs

· Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)

· OLCC Certification
