Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing outstanding service in our restaurants and bars.
Your responsibilities include:
- →Crafting and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
- →Taking food and beverage orders while providing attentive, friendly service
- →Recommending menu items and promoting featured drinks and specials
- →Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- →Preparing garnishes and ensuring presentation meets resort standards
- →Handling guest payments accurately
- →Following responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety standards
- →Working closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to deliver exceptional service
- Loves creating outstanding guest experiences
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is dependable, professional, and a strong team player
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Is eager to learn and grow
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus (1–3 months preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills and cash-handling ability
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds while working in a lively restaurant and bar environment.
