As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for every guest. You'll support and motivate a talented team, ensure smooth daily operations, and help maintain the high standards of service that make Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination.

• →Lead, coach, and inspire food and beverage team members
• →Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service
• →Train and develop staff to maintain outstanding hospitality standards
• →Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed
• →Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
• →Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• →Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns
• →Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability

• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A positive attitude with a passion for guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
