**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor/MOD (Manager on Duty) to manage the daily operations of our front desk area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the front desk staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and serving as the Manager on Duty during the evenings.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise front desk staff to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service
- Coordinate and schedule front desk coverage, including serving as the Manager on Duty
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly
- Train new front desk employees on standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
**Additional Requirements:**
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain composure and problem-solve effectively under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tuesday - Saturday evenings and off on Monday and Tuesday.
