Responsibilities

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have most of the following:

→2+ years of prior experience in an HR Analytics role or masters degree in applicable field +1 year experience
→Proficient in SQL and experience transforming data in a database (Snowflake experience a plus)
→Proficient in at least one language for data analysis (preferably Python)
→Experience building dashboards using a visualization tool such as Looker (preference), Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
→Experience in transforming data into actionable insights and consulting with key stakeholders for support business needs
→Extremely strong and consistent attention to detail and accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of work
→Experience building reports within an HR system such as Workday, Greenhouse, etc.
→Professional maturity and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
→Strong verbal and written communication skills
→Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand and deliver on data needs
→Self-sufficient with the ability to manage own workload and priorities

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $67,000 and $104,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $74,000 and $105,000/year (including bonus or commission).Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
