This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position

Responsibilities

You’re a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized person who is excited to join a fast-paced and scaling company! Specifically, you have:

→3-5 years of prior experience in an HR role
→Extremely strong and consistent attention to detail and accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of work
→Excellent organization skills
→Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers
→Experience guiding strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making aligned with company and team goals
→Professional maturity and discretion when dealing with sensitive data
→Proficiency in project management and strong analytical and reporting abilities
→Strong verbal and written communication skills
→Ability to work cross-functionally with all different types of personalities
→Flexibility and creativity to improve current processes as the business scales
→Self-sufficient with the ability to manage own workload and priorities
→Eager to learn and grow with our People Solutions team
→Prior experience working with an HRIS, such as Workday (a plus)

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $37,500-$59,000 over your 6-month tenure (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, this role qualifies for a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that you will own a piece of our company.
