    • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of sales compensation letters to new hires
    • Educate new hires on their incentive compensation plan and guide them on accessing their monthly commission statements

    • Maintain thorough records and audit trails for all compensation transactions and adjustments
  • Compensation Plan Execution:
    • Support the execution and administration of sales compensation plans, policies, and processes as directed each fiscal year or as business needs evolve
    • Partner with the Senior Manager and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, RevOps) to ensure plan logic is implemented accurately in our compensation tools

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other quantitative and technical related fields
  • 2–3+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, accounting, data analytics or engineering roles
  • Prior experience supporting commissions for a global sales organization, supporting hundreds of commissionable employees

Skills & Competencies:

  • Language: Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal) is required
  • ICM Tools: Hands-on experience with an Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform is required. CaptivateIQ is strongly preferred; experience with Xactly or Varicent is also accepted
