Responsibilities

  • Leverage Fullcast and other GTM tools to design, launch, and optimize sales territories, ensuring equitable allocation of accounts that align with Braze’s ideal customer profile and drive revenue growth
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Regional Sales Operations, Commissions, and Finance, to develop and maintain frameworks for territory planning, account assignment, quota setting and resource allocation
  • Maintain and update Sales Rules of Engagement (RoE) and other sales process documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, sales strategies, and territory models
  • Analyze sales data, territory performance, and other metrics to identify high-propensity accounts, uncover discrepancies, support accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems (including Fullcast), enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for Sales team members from a Sales Operations perspective, including provisioning access to sales tools, setting up and updating user roles in CRM, managing quota and territory assignments, and ensuring alignment with HR, IT, Finance and Sales leadership
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM account data and territory assignments, proactively identifying and addressing data quality issues
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and territory effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales or operations environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting
  • Highly skilled in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and data analysis capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, actively listen, and engage in meaningful dialogue to foster understanding and collaboration
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and proactive in building and refining strategic frameworks and processes
  • Excel at building partnerships across teams and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Committed to continuous learning and growth, proactively seeking feedback and sharing new skills, knowledge, and experiences to drive innovation

Bonus: Experience administering and optimizing Fullcast (or a similar territory planning tool) and CaptivateIQ (or similar sales comp software), including designing, configuring, and streamlining workflows and automations within the platform.
