The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory to ensure the efficient and accurate tracking of all inventory-related activities. This role includes monitoring stock levels, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing procedures to optimize inventory control. The Inventory Control Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the balance between stock availability and minimizing excess inventory, contributing to the overall efficiency and profitability of the company.
Responsibilities

- →Utilize computer systems and digital tools effectively.
- →Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- →Perform cycle counting to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
- →Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying and addressing underlying issues.
- →Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
- →Manage the receipt of materials and oversee quality checks.
- →Address defective goods by coordinating returns and processing supplier credits.
- →Assist with shipping products to customers and support other inventory-related tasks as needed.
- →Previous experience with an ERP software
