Field Medical Assistant

As a Field Medical Assistant with Lykos Medical, you'll travel between local assisted living facilities, building real relationships with the same patients over time and playing a hands-on role in their care. • →Travel to assisted living facilities across the Colorado Springs area to conduct patient assessments and support care plan development
• →Partner closely with providers during patient visits, procedures, and follow-up care
• →Track patient progress and keep the care team in the loop
• →Educate and support patients and their families
• →Help assist with diagnostic evaluations and document treatment recommendations
• →Manage supplies and documentation to keep care running smoothly

• Medical Assistant Diploma
• A genuine passion for patient-centered care
• Experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus
• Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
