Our Bangkok office serves as a hub for Southeast Asia, bringing purpose-driven transformations to clients across one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions. Our projects range from target culture definition and mobilization to brand positioning, from GenAI transformations to Family Office vision development. From this vibrant regional base, our team collaborates with visionary organizations to drive sustainable impact and shape the future of businesses locally and beyond.
We are looking for local candidates to help us even better understand the market, language and support regional growth, and who are ideally interested in being in Bangkok.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Craft clear, compelling project deliverables (primarily in PowerPoint) under the direction of a director
- Contribute to developing and maintain project plans, proactively adapting to evolving client needs and contexts
- Leverage AI responsibly to enrich research, synthesis, and content development, applying sound judgment to ensure accuracy, originality, and strategic rigor
- Experiment with new tools, methods, and approaches (including AI) to enhance team efficiency and output quality
- Conduct company, brand, industry, competitor research and synthesize key insights
- Support stakeholder interviews, including recording notes and synthesizing key themes
- Support senior team members in decision-making by bringing structured thinking, clear perspectives, and well-founded rationale
- Participate in project ideations by contributing meaningful, thoughtful, and relevant ideas
- Collaborate with Creative teams on brief development and other strategic input for creative deliverables
- Support proposal and business development efforts, including research and content development
- Coordinate planning and execution for client workshops
- Proactively work with and mentor interns
- Bring in new learnings including researching new books, articles, press releases on clients, speeches, etc.
- Contribute to internal projects and office development as BrightHouse continues to grow in the region
- Work in cross-office teaming (as needed) with clear communications, expectation-setting, and flexibility on time zones
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passion for meaningful projects that exhibit purpose and positive societal impact
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, purpose, social impact work or other relevant experience preferred
- Ability to deep dive into key topics, synthesize and drive to insights, and meld analytical and creative thinking
- Confident thinker, communicator, writer, and presenter and open to continued learning and growth
- Adept at qualitative research and developing PowerPoint deliverables
- A true team player – able to work with multiple teams on multiple projects and internal needs simultaneously
- High level of organization, with attention to detail across many moving parts
- Fluent English required for effective communication in a global business environment
- Business-level proficiency in Thai or another Southeast Asian language is an advantage to liaise with local-speaking clients
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in emerging markets, including adaptability, resourcefulness, cultural fluency, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
